April is over...May is here already!

Wow, my birthday month passed, I can finally relax! Thanks to all my friends who shared it with me! I'm several weeks into my diet, there's about 6 more weeks to go before Chicago. Training has been going very well. School will be over soon, finals are next week. Interning is going well also, I am getting hands-on learning experiences at the facility that will prepare me for my future as an R.D.

Happy Easter!

Celebrating 2 Easters is not easy when you're dieting! I have to be extra careful about what I eat this Sunday (no cheat days in my diet), but it's next week I am worried about more!

My Easter is next Sunday (Greek Easter), and I'll have to see and smell all of those delicious Greek foods (my dad makes the best spinach pie) and desserts.

Competition Diet has begun

Spent a good amount of time and $ in the supermarket today getting food. I'm cooking some baked yams and asparagus now, along with spiced tilapia.

Scared some boys at the gym today leg pressing. Love doing that!

Hi! It's been a loooooooong time since I wrote something here, but I promise to be more consistent in the future! I am beginning my competition diet in just a few short days in preparation for Chicago Jr. Nationals. I will keep you all updated on my progress.

Hi there! So it's a pretty rainy saturday here on Long Island, but a perfect day to hit the gym and crank up some cardio, and then it's off to the supermarket to get some healthy fruits, veggies and of course, PROTEIN! On tonights' dinner menu is a lean steak, brown rice and grilled asparagus marinated in balsamic and olive oil. Yummy!

Hi Everyone,

Well, October is here! It's my favorite month of the year, I think it's amazing how beautiful New Yorks' foliage is when the leaves change from green to red, orange and yellow. Of course Halloween is THE best and most fun holiday too, not just for kids!
